The built-in piston is connected to a precision spring. When the pressure changes, the expansion and contraction of the spring change accordingly. When the pressure reaches the set value, it triggers the preset mechanical structure and sends a switch signal. The raw material for the pressure-sensitive element: rubber is imported from the Federal Republic of Germany.
The working medium of the pressure switch is water, oil, or compressed air. The housing material of the pressure switch: galvanized steel and (304) stainless steel. For special user requirements, such as pressure switches matched with engineering excavators, they are delivered with protective sleeves and sealed connectors. The pressure switches produced are widely used in ships, railways, and engineering machinery as a successful alternative to imported products. When the system pressure is relatively high, a piston-type pressure switch is adopted, which consists of a piston seal ring, a piston cylinder, etc. Piston-type pressure switches can be used within a system pressure of 30MPa.
These compact pressure switches are designed for OEM applications. They are ideal for high pressure-resistant equipment such as engineering machinery and marine valve remote control systems. The ultra-long volume-to-pressure ratio can be set at the factory or adjusted on-site.
There are two types of overpressure safety for pressure switches: 30MPa and 60MPa. For pressure switches with an overpressure safety of 30MPa, the alarm pressure range is 0.035MPa to 10MPa; for pressure switches with an overpressure safety of 60MPa, the alarm pressure range is not specified.
Electrical wiring methods: Pressure switches with an overpressure safety of 30MPa have two wiring options: normally open or normally closed two-wire output. Pressure switches with an overpressure safety of 60MPa have wiring options: normally open or normally closed two-wire output.
